General OH&S Expert (AK3 Umum)
Workplaces that must form a P2K3 safety committee need a certified OSH expert (Ahli K3) as its secretary. We check candidate eligibility, prepare candidates and their documents, and coordinate the certified programme run by a licensed PJK3 partner. The certificate and appointment are issued by the Ministry of Manpower.
WHO IT IS FOR
Workplaces with at least 100 workers or a high risk level must form a P2K3 committee under Permenaker 13/2025, and its secretary must be an Ahli K3. Other companies appoint one to meet client or group requirements.
WHEN YOU NEED IT
Forming or renewing a P2K3 committee, the departure of the current Ahli K3, a labour inspection finding, or a client prequalification requirement.

Does Nusa Safety issue the AK3U certificate?
No. The certified programme is delivered by a licensed PJK3 partner, and the certificate and appointment are issued by the Ministry of Manpower. We prepare the candidates and coordinate the process.
Can the programme be run in-house for our staff?
Often yes, subject to the partner's and the Ministry's requirements for venue, participant numbers, and schedule. We confirm this before you commit.
