These terms apply to your use of nusasafety.co.id, operated by PT. Nusa Rendra Jayatama, trading as Nusa Safety. By using the website you accept these terms. Services we deliver to clients are governed by the relevant proposal and contract, not by these terms.

Content on this website, including service descriptions, articles, the glossary, and answers from the AI assistant, is general information about occupational safety and health, quality, environment, and related regulation in Indonesia. It is not legal advice and does not create a client relationship.
Nusa Safety provides technical consultancy on OSH and compliance. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services within the meaning of Law No. 18 of 2003 on Advocates. Where you need a legal opinion, contract review, or representation in a dispute, inspection proceeding, or court case, we can refer you to a partner advocate.
3. Our role in certification and inspection
Certified training programmes (for example Ministry of Manpower or BNSP credentials) and statutory equipment inspection (riksa uji) are delivered together with licensed PJK3 partners and BNSP-licensed certification bodies (LSP). Nusa Safety designs programmes, prepares participants and documents, and coordinates the process. Certificates, licences, appointment letters, and inspection reports are issued by the licensed partner or the competent authority, not by Nusa Safety.
4. Accuracy and regulatory change
Indonesian regulation changes often. We try to keep the content accurate and cite the regulations or standards we rely on, but we do not guarantee that every page reflects the latest amendment on the day you read it. Always check the official text, for example on the Ministry of Manpower or BPK legal databases, before acting on it.
5. No guarantee of outcomes
Audit results, certification decisions, prequalification scores, environmental ratings, and inspection outcomes are decided by independent auditors, certification bodies, project owners, and government authorities. Nothing on this website is a promise of a particular outcome.
