Transparent PC valve cover lockout with a hole diameter of 24.5 mm. The base is used with two semicircle inserts to fit the valve, and once locked the valve cannot be turned. In lockout/tagout practice, a valve lockout holds the valve in the off position so hazardous energy cannot be released during maintenance.
