Transparent PC cover lockout with an 8 mm hole, using two semicircle inserts to accommodate double lock valves. It prevents the valve handle from being turned and accommodates buttons up to 60 mm tall. In lockout/tagout practice, a valve lockout holds the valve in the off position so hazardous energy cannot be released during maintenance.
