Standard gate valve lockout with a transparent body made of engineering plastic (nylon ABS) for hand wheels 64-127 mm (2.5"-5"). Once locked it covers the hand wheel and prevents it from being turned. In lockout/tagout practice, a valve lockout holds the valve in the off position so hazardous energy cannot be released during maintenance.
