Rotating two-part gate valve lockout made of durable ABS, for a diameter range of 50 mm - 127 mm. Once locked it covers the hand wheel and prevents it from being turned; the two parts nest together for storage and carrying. In lockout/tagout practice, a valve lockout holds the valve in the off position so hazardous energy cannot be released during maintenance.
