Digital Safety Simulators (LOTO & Process Safety)
Interactive simulators for lockout/tagout and process safety training, so workers practise isolation steps, permit sequences, and abnormal-situation responses on screen before they meet them on live plant. Simulators can be configured to your own equipment and procedures, starting from our LOTO Simulator and PSM Simulator, listed under HSSE Apps.
WHO IT IS FOR
Plants with hazardous energy or hazardous processes, such as manufacturing, chemicals, oil and gas, and power, that want workers and supervisors to rehearse critical procedures safely and repeatably.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does a simulator replace certified training or practical assessment?
No. Simulators help people rehearse and remember the steps. Statutory certification and practical competence checks on real equipment are still required where the regulation or your procedures call for them.
Can the simulator use our own procedures?
Yes, that is the point of configuration. Scenarios follow your isolation points and permit steps, and are validated by your subject matter expert before release.
