OVERVIEW
What This Application Does
AIRA (Artificial Intelligence Risk Assessment) guides HSE professionals through a structured interview and turns their answers into a complete BowTie: hazard, top event, threats, consequences, preventive and recovery barriers, and escalation factors with their controls. The assessor stays in charge and can edit every element before saving.
Each barrier is described by type, effectiveness, independence, IPL and SECE status, FARSI performance standards and Tripod latent factors, and consequences are rated on an adjustable risk matrix across people, assets, environment and reputation. A monitoring module then tracks implementation status, owners, verification and review dates for every barrier, and results export to PDF, Word and Excel.
