Clamp-type lockout for locking butterfly valves, with a PC body, toothed carbon steel plate and stainless steel screws. A self-contained tightening screw allows installation without tools over a locking range of 31 mm to 100 mm. In lockout/tagout practice, a valve lockout holds the valve in the off position so hazardous energy cannot be released during maintenance.
