Adjustable ball valve lockout made of durable ABS for valve handles 1" to 6 1/2" in diameter. It covers the valve, rotates freely around the valve wheel and adjusts to fit a range of valve handles. In lockout/tagout practice, a valve lockout holds the valve in the off position so hazardous energy cannot be released during maintenance.
