Building Approval (PBG) & Certificate of Fitness (SLF)
Coordination of the building approval (PBG) and the certificate of fitness for function (SLF) for factories, warehouses, and offices through SIMBG. Technical drawings and fitness assessments are prepared by licensed professionals and technical assessors in our partner network, while we manage the documents, the safety aspects, and the submission.
WHO IT IS FOR
Owners of new or existing industrial and commercial buildings that need a PBG before construction or an SLF before the building is used, or whose SLF is due for renewal.
WHEN YOU NEED IT
A new building or extension, a change of building use, an expiring SLF, or a finding from a client, insurer, or local government inspection.

- Coordination of licensed professionals for architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Fire protection and safety review of the building
- SIMBG submission and follow-up
- SLF assessment coordinated with a licensed technical assessor

- Land certificate and spatial planning approval (KKPR)
- Existing drawings and as-built data
- Previous building permits (IMB or PBG) and SLF, where available
- A contact person for the local government process
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you issue the SLF?
No. The SLF is issued by the local government based on an assessment by a licensed technical assessor. We coordinate that assessment and the submission.
Our old IMB is still valid. Do we need a PBG?
An IMB that has already been issued generally remains valid for the building as permitted. A PBG is needed for new construction, extensions, or changes covered by the current regulation. We check your case before you spend on new drawings.
